Applications are processed through our vAMSYS portal. You'll create your pilot account there, then return here to activate your login once your application is accepted.

What you'll need

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 or 2024
  • A working microphone if flying VATSIM/IVAO voice
  • Your real first and last name (used for identity verification on first login)
  • A valid email address you check regularly

After acceptance, your Pilot ID will be visible in vAMSYS. Use that ID on the Pilot Login page to activate your account here.
